Prior to joining Peek Goldstone, LLC. Monique spent 17.5 years at Colorado Legal Services working in Weld, Morgan, Yuma, Logan and Adams County representing the indigent in the areas of Family Law, Consumer Defense, Housing Defense and Bankruptcy – Chapter 7 and 1 year as an Assistant Attorney General with the State of Wyoming.
Monique attended the University of Wyoming receiving a B.S. in Business Education and her J.D. in 1999. Monique is a current member of the Weld County Family Law Best Practices committee. She is a prior member of the Weld County Legal Services Board.
Monique is passionate about protecting the rights of victims of domestic violence and children. She has worked with the Woman’s Place in Weld County as well as Share, Inc. in Morgan County.
Outside of the practice of law, Monique spends her time with her close knit family traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
