Brian grew up in Westchester County just north of New York City. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arizona in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2006. Brian graduated from law school with honors and received a Distinguished Academic Achievement Award in Advanced Juvenile Law.

Brian was associate counsel at the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County in White Plains, New York for over seven years. At the Legal Aid Society, Brian represented thousands of individuals who could not afford legal representation and were accused of violent and non-violent felonies as well as other crimes, including Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI), Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), drug crimes, sex crimes and domestic violence offenses.

In 2017, Brian relocated to Tucson, Arizona and worked at the Pima County Public Defender’s Office as an associate attorney. Brian continued to represent people accused of a broad range of felony charges.

In 2018, Brian relocated to Colorado and worked as an associate at a private law firm in Littleton, Colorado for over four years. Brian’s practice focused on criminal defense, family law, appellate and general civil litigation.

In early 2022, Brian joined Peek Goldstone, LLC as an associate attorney. He works closely with our team and enjoys Peek Goldstone’s collaborative approach. Brian provides vigorous representation to his clients and leaves no stone unturned when handling a case. He does this by methodically reviewing the matter, conducting a thorough investigation, working closely with his client and paralegal, and analyzing the facts from all angles. Brian provides personalized representation to his clients and believes that making the extra telephone call to a client or their family member is crucial. Brian is passionate about his work and ensuring that a client’s due process and other fundamental constitutional rights are protected. Brian enjoys legal research and discussing the law and trending issues with his colleagues. In addition to trial litigation, Brian has had success at the appellate level and has obtained favorable decisions from the Colorado Court of Appeals in both civil and criminal matters. Brian is tenacious and does not shy away from complex legal matters.

When Brian is not working, he enjoys hiking or going to Washington Park with his pup, Spealler, working out, practicing yoga, watching the New York Rangers or Giants, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
